He has served in various leadership roles for agency and design firms, and has been recognized for many award-winning brand identity initiatives. Current clients include: AT&T, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Luxottica Group, The North Face, Qdoba, Sports Authority, Sephora, and Aeropostale. Robert has also served as President of the Heart & Soul Foundation, a 501(3)c focused on supporting and redefining music education. He regularly speaks on retail experience design and business transformation, and has been featured in CBS Sunday Morning, NPR, MSNBC, and Fast Company.

Hank Durschlag is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of HeadTrainer, Inc.
Mr. Durschlag previously served a President of Double Eagle Holdings, LLC, and as CEO of HealthSport, Inc., both R&D companies involved in the development of nutraceutical and other products for professional and amateur athletes. Hank was a founding partner and served as President of GlucoTec, Inc. (now Glytec Systems), a developer of FDA-approved software related to intravenous dosing of medications and other fluids.
